If there is any contradiction between the Spanish version of these general terms of use and the translation, the Spanish version shall always prevail.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The relationship between Kloreys and the user shall be governed by current Spanish law, and any dispute shall be submitted to:

• The courts of the city of Marbella; or, if there are no commercial courts in that city, the courts of Málaga shall have jurisdiction when the user is a business owner.
